MACHE hosts several statewide events for the homeschool community. Events include:

Umbrella Groups
Joining an umbrella group has many benefits. Umbrellas are staffed by people who have experience with homeschooling, are familiar with the law, and are eager to support homeschooling families. Many of them have homeschooled themselves. Unlike the school systems, Umbrellas exist solely to supervise home instruction. Many Umbrellas provide extra services such as social opportunities, transcripts, and one on one or group session to provide support to new homeschoolers. Each group is unique, so it is important to find one that compliments the style of your homeschool.
