Register your umbrella with MACHE to be considered for inclusion in our online Umbrella Directory and interactive map. Keeping your information current helps families across Maryland easily find umbrella programs that may meet their homeschooling needs.

WHY REGISTER YOUR UMBRELLA WITH MACHE?

Registering your umbrella helps strengthen connections within Maryland’s homeschool community while making it easier for families to discover your program.

Approved umbrella programs receive:

• A listing in the MACHE Umbrella Directory and interactive map
• Increased visibility among Maryland homeschool families
• A free Bronze MACHE Membership for the umbrella leader’s first year
• A $5 discount on the first year of any MACHE Membership for families affiliated with the umbrella

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

To be listed in the MACHE Umbrella Directory and interactive map, your umbrella must be properly registered with the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) as a nonpublic entity authorized to oversee home instruction.

Before completing the form, please review your umbrella’s MSDE listing. The umbrella name and address submitted to MACHE must match the information currently listed with MSDE.

If your umbrella is not listed with MSDE, or if the name or address submitted to MACHE does not match the MSDE listing, we will be unable to add your umbrella to the MACHE directory or interactive map.
